Description
There are several attractions located close to the park. There are several natural waterfalls and hiking trails within and also near the park. Other attractions include Hagood Mill, Pickens County Museum, Hagood Mauldin House, Clemson University and Southern Weslyn College. Maps and brochures are available at the Park Headquarters/Visitor Center.

Alerts and Important Information
The main family campground has 96 sites which have water and electric on each site.
There are 71 campsites available in the Main Family Campground at the West Gate Entrance and 25 sites available in the White Oaks Campground.
All campers must check-in at Campground Trading Post.
Please contact Reserve America to reserve camping and cabin up to 11 months in advance of arrival, if less the three days from arrival please contact the park, to reserve ADA (Disabled Access) Standard and Full Service sites contact the park..
It is recommended to be off all trails 30 mins before dark.
An exchange of towels is available for all cabin guest for a fee.

Check in time for cabins is 4:00pm-6:00pm at the Welcome Center If arriving after 6:00pm please call 1-864-878-9813 by 5:00pm the day of arrival to make arrangements for the cabin key. Check in time for camping is 2:00pm.

From Interstate 26 exit on exit #5, continue west on Highway 11 for 40 miles. Park is located on SC Highway 11 between US Hwy. 178 and US Hwy. 8.
If you are coming from Atlanta, Georgia on Interstate I-85, exit I-85 at South Carolina border on US Highway 11 at exit 1. Continue east for 45 miles on SC Highway 11. Continue through US Hwy 178 for 4 miles to the park gates.
